Your Morning Ritual…

I’m about to share something with you that can change your entire day…

See if this sounds like you:

Do you wake-up to your phone as an alarm clock? Turn off the alarm, and then immediately check your emails? Your mind immediately fires off things that need to get done that day, errands you need to run, etc..

Adrenaline fills your body and you hit the ground running.

If this even slightly sounds anything like you, then it’s time to make a change and get your body and mind ready for a great day.

Try changing it up tomorrow to the following morning ritual. And the next day, and so on. I promise if you change the quality of your morning, you can change the quality of your life.

New Morning Ritual:

  1. Wake up & think about 3 things you are grateful for in your life for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Head over to the kitchen for your “inner bath” This is 20 oz of room -temp water first thing before you consume ANYTHING!
  3. Spend a few minutes foam rolling and stretching
  4. Hop in the shower or do whatever else you normally do! (try not to check your phone or email for at least the first hour of your day.)

This new ritual won’t take long and can have a HUGE impact on your day. Get up 5 minutes earlier and take the time to do this for yourself.
